unior Research Fellow to work on the following project in the Department of Condensed Matter Physics & Material Sciences, TIFR, Mumbai. This opening is in the nanoelectronics group at TIFR. Details of the research available at www.tifr.res.in/~nano
Project Name:- “Graphene based nanoscale transistors”
Essential Qualifications:- Either M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 60% marks. Prior research experience will be considered a plus.
OR
B.E./B.Tech. in electronics/electrical engineering/materials and metallurgical engineering/ engineering physics with minimum 60% marks. Prior research experience will be considered a plus.
Desirable Qualifications:- Ability to think independently and work hard on challenging problems. Prior research experience in physics, materials science, electrical engineering is desirable.
Age: Below 28 years.
Nature & Period:- Appointment as JRF is temporary for a period of one year
Fellowship:- Rs 25,000/- + HRA
