Admission into the 1st year M.B.B.S./B.D.S. course in the Medical &Dental Colleges of Assam for the session 2019.The following category wise and college wise list of candidates whoappeared in the counseling held from 28th June to 5th July,2019 and selected by the Selection Board are hereby allowed for provisional admissioninto the 1st year M.B.B.S./B.D.S. courses in the Medical & Dental Collegesof Assam for the session, 2019. The candidates are hereby directed to report for admission to the Principalof the respective Colleges along with their allotment letter, original testimonialsetc. on 11th and 12th July, 2019 with the following conditions. If the candidatesfail to get admitted within stipulated time, their allotted seat shall be forfeited.
- 1.Candidates are to deposit the original Admit Cards, Marks Sheets,Pass Certificates of HSLC and HSSLC or Equivalent examination andcaste certificate to the Principal of the respective Colleges at the time ofadmission.
- The admission of the candidates are subject to the satisfactory Medicalfitness certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by therespective Principal of the Colleges.
- The WITH-HELD candidates in the following list shall be allowed foradmission, only after approval by the Govt. verification / submission oftheir documents. If the documents submitted by them are found to befalse or fabricated then their selection shall stand cancelled. Criminalproceedings shall be taken against such candidates for submission ofwrong documents/information.
- All the candidates shall have to enter in to an agreement as per theadmission rule in prescribed format which will be available in theadmission rule Schedule-II-A/Schedule-II-B published in this directorate website www.dme.assam.gov.in. Candidates will have to submit the agreement within 15 days from the dateof their admission.
- All admissions are provisional.
- College uniform compulsory for all the student in all the Colleges.College authorities shall prescribe necessary dress code.
- Admission fees is approximately Rs. 30,000/-.
