Post: Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)

Minimum Educational Qualification: 


H.S.L.C. passed





Age: Candidate should not be more than 43 years of age and not less than 18 years as onI of publication of the advertisement. The upper age limit is relaxable for reservedgories as per rule.

Eligibility Criteria



  • Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitutionof India.

  • Candidates must not be below 21 years or above 43 years of age as on the date of publishing of this advertisement. Age relaxation for candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SCand P.W.D. will be as per Govt. rules.
















Post: Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)

Scale of Pay: Rs. 14000-49000+ GP 7400 and other allowances as admissible under the Rules





Minimum Educational Qualification: Having at least 5 (five) years experience as L.D.A. in a Government Depaftment of Assam (preferably Judicial Department)





Eligibility criteria: 



  • Candidates must have rendered continuous services as Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.) in a Government Depaftment of Assam (preferably Judicial Department) for at least 5(flve) years.

  • Candidates must be an Indian Citizen as defined under Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.






Selection Process



  • Candidates will be selected through orar interview carrying 50 marks.

  • The testimonials must necessarily contain NOC from his/her current employer, copies ofACR for 5 (five) years, service book and other rerevant documents.

  • List of eligible candidates, date, time and venue will be uploaded in the official website (www.nagaonjudiciary.gov.in). No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates.

  • The candidates must submit their applications in a Standard Form of applicationpublished in the Assam Gazette Part-IX with 3 (three) self-attested photo copies of alltestimonials through proper channel only










General Terms and Conditions



  • Candidates must have a valid mobile number or an email-ID, either of whichshould be duly inscribed on top of the standard form.

  • All applications should be addressed to the "District & sessions Judge, Nagaon, New Court Building, Room No. 63.

  • Candidates for the post of LDA will have to super-scribe "Application for the post of L.D.A. under DLSA, Hoja" and the candidates for the post of U.D.A. will have tosuper-scribe "Application for the post of U.D.A. under DLSA, Hojai" on the envelope containing the application form.

  • The last date for submitting applications is 02/o1/,2020 within office hours till 04:00 PM and the undersigned will not be responsible for any postal delay.

  • Incomplete application and application received after due date shall be summarily rejected.

  • Canvassing directly or indirectly shall result in disqualification of the candidate.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the written test or in viva-voce.

  • The decision of the selection board shall be final in respect of any dispute or matterarising out of such recruitment.
