Professor of Law
- Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Total research score of 120 as per UGC norms.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience at university/national level institutions.
- Evidence of successfully guiding doctoral candidates.
- OR An outstanding professional with Ph.D. and 10 years of experience with significant contribution to the field.
Associate Professor of Law
- Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline.
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
- At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Total research score of 75 as per UGC criteria.
Assistant Professor of Law
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in relevant subject.
- 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories.
- Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET.
- OR Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations (2009/2016) with exemption from NET.
- For Ph.D. before 11 July 2009, conditions include:
- Ph.D. awarded in regular mode
- Thesis evaluated by at least two external examiners
- Open viva conducted
- At least two research papers published (one in refereed journal)
- Presented two papers in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR sponsored conferences
Assistant Professor of Political Science
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in relevant subject.
- 5% relaxation for reserved categories.
- Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET.
- OR Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations with exemption.
- Ph.D. from top 500 ranked foreign universities also eligible.
