JIPMER invites applications for the B.Sc/ M. Sc/ M. P. H/P. B. D/ Ph. D courses - 2019 sessions.

The registration of the course will be through the online application form which will be available from 25.04.2019 (thrusday 11AM) and will closes on 24. 05. 2019 (Friday 5PM).

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) COURSES

The following Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Courses (Undergraduate) is offered at 

JIPMER, Puducherry

1. B.Sc. NursingB
2. Bachelorof Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)B
3. .Sc. Allied Health Science Courses

Duration of the courses

1. B.Sc. Nursing B.Sc. Nursing course is a 4 (Four) years Degree course and will have only full time students. The students are eligible for 1 (One) year optional stipendiary internship at JIPMER on successful completion of the course. 
2. B.Sc. Allied Health Science Courses - Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)  & B.Sc.  Optometry     BASLP & B.Sc. Optometry course is 4 (four) years (including one (1) year internship) and will have only full time students. 
3. B.Sc. Allied Health Science Courses B.Sc.  Allied Health Science Courses is a 3 (three) years course and will have only full time   students. At the end of the course, the candidates are eligible for 1 (One) year optional stipendiary internship at JIPMER. The Optional stipendiary Internship is subject to approval by competent authority. 

DISTRIBUTION OF SEATS 

1. B.Sc. Nursing  - 75 seats

2. Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) - 04 seats

3. B.Sc. Allied Health Science Courses - 74 seats

   *Out of 75 seats in B.Sc. Nursing, 8 seats horizontally reserved for Male Students and remaining 67 seats reserved for Female students. 

All candidates should appear for the common entrance examination. Seats will be allotted as per merit order.  Nomination / Sponsoring of candidates by Government / Non-Government institutions are not entertained under any circumstances.

Applications fees 

Application fees for each category as mentioned below to be paid by the candidate using ANY ONE of the following mode of payment. 

UR & P-UR :- Rs.1,500 + Transaction Charges as applicable 

OBC & P-OBC:- Rs.1,500 + Transaction Charges as applicable 

SC/ST & P-SC/ST:- Rs.1,200 + Transaction Charges as applicable

PwD:- Exempted From Application Fees
