Application is invited from intending and eligible candidates for the post of Post Graduate Teacher in provincialized Secondary School of Assam in the pay scale of PB-3 Rs. 22,000/- to Rs. 97,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 11,800/- and other allowances as admissible.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: M.A., M.Sc, and M.Com with minimum 50% from any recognized University,
BT/B.Ed, Degree from the institution recognized by NCTE.
Candidate must be TET qualified with a minimum 55% in each paper for reserved posts and a minimum 60% in each paper for UR posts.
MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION: No candidate is allowed to apply in Bengali or Hindi of Assamese medium school if the candidate does not have MIL and Bengali or Hindi or Assamese respectively in the HSLC Examination or Equivalent certificate/diploma in Bengali or Hindi or Assamese language.
AGE: The minimum age limit of the candidate as on 01.01.2019 should not be more than 38 years. There will be relaxation by 5 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as per rule in force.
NOTE: After scrutiny of application candidates will be called for verification of their testimonials and the select list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the following examination.
a)HSLC Examination,
b)B.A/B.Sc/B.Com Examination.
c)B.Ed/B.T. Examination and
d)TET
There will be no marks for Viva-Voce except the following
a)10 marks for NCC “C” Certificate holder and 5 marks for “B” Certificate holder
b)10 marks for participation in recognized Sports at National Level representing Assam.
c)10 marks for achievements in Fine Art and Cultural activities representing the State officially at a national level.
d)Name of Schools and the number of vacancies with reservation as follows
