🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech (Regular Entry):
- Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Chemistry is not mandatory for Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories).
- Candidates from D.Voc stream in relevant/allied sector are also eligible.
- Must have valid CEE Assam 2026 or JEE Main 2026 score.
- Age must be between 17 to 21 years as on 1st August 2026 (relaxation of 3 years for SC/ST).
- Must be an Indian citizen with PRC of Assam (not mandatory for JEE candidates).
- Candidate must be physically and mentally fit and possess good moral character.
- B.Tech (Lateral Entry – 3rd Semester):
- Passed 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved).
- OR Passed B.Sc. degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved).
- Must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 level.
- M.Tech Programme:
- Must have B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 6.5/10.
- Valid GATE score is preferred.
- If GATE-qualified candidates are insufficient, the university will conduct an entrance exam.
- For CSE/ECE, candidates with MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT/Electronics) with minimum 55% may also apply.
- Must be physically fit and of good moral character.
