A corrigendum has been officially released regarding the recruitment under the NECMAP project. The eligibility criteria for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) has been revised as per the latest notification.

• Revised Qualification: M.Sc. in Botany with at least 60% marks
• Desirable: NET/GATE, Angiosperm Taxonomy, research/lab experience, workshop experience

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Updated)

Junior Research Fellow (JRF):

• M.Sc. in Botany with minimum 60% marks + Minimum 3 years of field/laboratory research experience + Training/workshop organizing experience required.
• ✔ Revised: M.Sc. in Botany with at least 60% marks.
• Desirable: Specialization in Angiosperm Taxonomy, NET/GATE qualification, field/laboratory research experience, experience in organizing training/workshops.

Project Assistant:

• Any graduate with minimum 45% marks.
• Desirable: Computer proficiency.

Note: The corrigendum has removed the mandatory requirement of prior research and training experience for JRF. These are now considered desirable qualifications.

💰 Salary

Junior Research Fellow will receive Rs. 37,000/- + HRA per month, while Project Assistant will receive Rs. 25,000/- consolidated salary.
