🎓 Eligibility

• Candidate must be an Indian Citizen and permanent resident of Assam.
• Minimum educational qualification is Class VIII passed.
• Applicants must possess a valid LMV Driving License.
• Candidate age must be between 18 to 40 years as on 01 January 2026.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Assam rules.
• Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate, employment exchange registration card, driving license, experience certificate (if any), and passport size photographs.

💰 Salary

Selected candidates for the post of Driver (Contractual) under District Legal Services Authority, Darrang will receive a fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only).

🧪 Selection Process

• Eligible candidates will first appear in a Driving Skill Test carrying 40 marks.
• Candidates must secure at least 30 out of 40 marks to qualify for the next stage.
• Qualified candidates will then appear for a Personal Interview carrying 60 marks.
• The final merit list will be prepared based on combined marks obtained in the Driving Skill Test and Personal Interview.
