📢 Reservation & Relaxation
- Reservation is available for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwBD categories as per Government of India rules.
- A relaxation of 5% marks at Bachelor's and Master's level is admissible for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/Differently-Abled candidates as per UGC Regulations 2018.
- PwBD reservation is available as per Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
- OBC candidates must submit valid OBC Certificate along with Creamy Layer Exclusion Certificate.
- EWS candidates must submit Income & Asset Certificate in the prescribed Government format.
- Separate applications are required if a reserved category candidate wishes to apply against both reserved and unreserved vacancies.

- Minimum qualification, experience, specialization, reservation, service conditions and age of superannuation shall be as prescribed by Assam University, UGC, AICTE, NCTE, PCI and Government of India rules.
- The crucial date for determining eligibility, qualifications and experience shall be the last date of online application submission.
