🎓 Eligibility
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/AICTE affiliated institution.
- OR Full-time Master's Degree in Engineering, Public Procurement, Finance, Business or Commerce from a recognized University/AICTE affiliated institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement and contract management, including tendering, contract administration, budgeting, financial management, taxation, audit and related accounts functions.
- Preference will be given to candidates having Professional Diploma in Public Procurement (PDPP) or Certificate Program in Public Procurement (CPPP).
- Preference may be given to candidates with relevant experience under Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs or other Government agencies.
- Knowledge of e-Procurement and GeM is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of procurement guidelines, contract management, CVC/FIDIC guidelines and State Procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and related applications.
