🎓 Eligibility

  • Applicant must be an Indian Citizen.
  • Educational qualification, experience and desirable qualifications vary according to the post.

1. Controller of Examinations (UR)

  • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • 15 years' experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above OR 8 years' service in Academic Level-12 and above including Associate Professor with educational administration experience.
  • OR comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.
  • OR 15 years' administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Experience in conducting University/College examinations, confidential examination work, ERP (SAMARTH), MOOCs, ABC, continuous and comprehensive evaluation system, automation of academic administration and computer applications.

2. Deputy Controller of Examinations (UR)

  • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • 9 years' experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 or above with educational administration experience.
  • OR comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.
  • OR 5 years' administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Experience in examination work, confidential work, computerisation of examination systems, computer and networking knowledge.

3. Deputy Registrar (UR)

  • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • 9 years' experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 and above with educational administration experience.
  • OR comparable experience in research establishments or higher education institutions.
  • OR 5 years' administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Degree in Law, Management or Engineering; experience in computer applications/e-office system; experience in establishment, academic or financial administration.

4. Finance Officer (UR)

  • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade along with 8 years' management-level experience in Finance & Accounts in Government Organisation/PSU/Research Organisation.
  • OR ICWAI/ICAI qualification or MBA in Finance with 5 years' management-level experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Desirable: Computer literacy, commerce/finance background at postgraduate level and prior experience in educational institutions.

📌 Conditions After Appointment

  • The selected candidate must join within one month from the date of issue of the appointment order unless an extension is granted by the Vice-Chancellor under exceptional circumstances.
  • Before joining, every appointee must execute an agreement with the University agreeing to abide by the Act, Statutes, Ordinances, Rules, Regulations and all directions issued by the University from time to time.
  • Every permanent appointee shall remain on probation for one year.
  • The probation period may be extended by the competent authority for good and sufficient reasons.
  • Confirmation shall be granted only after satisfactory completion of the probation period.
