Controller of Examinations

• A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above OR 8 years service in Academic Level-12 and above including Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.
• OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education.
• OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent post in a University.

Desirable:

• Experience in conducting or assisting University/College examinations and allied works.
• Working knowledge of Computer and Networking is mandatory.

Deputy Registrar

• Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• At least 09 years of experience as Assistant Professor or above with 3 years experience in educational administration.
• OR Comparable experience in research establishments and/or institutions of higher education.
• OR 05 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent post.

Desirable:

• Degree in Law/Management/Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
• Experience of Computer applications/e-office system.
• Experience in establishment/academic/financial administration in academic or research organization.

Deputy Controller of Examinations

• Master's Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• 09 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above with experience in Educational Administration.
• OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or institutions of higher education.
• OR 05 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent post.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in computerization of examination work.

Finance Officer

• Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• At least 8 years experience at management level in Finance and Accounts in Government Organization/PSU/Research Organization.
• OR Professional qualification from ICWAI or ICAI or MBA Finance with 5 years management level experience in Finance and Accounts.
• OR 10 years experience in Higher Educational Institution in the Faculty of Commerce.

Desirable:

• Computer literacy and ability to oversee computerization of finance and accounts.
• Preference for candidates having Commerce or Finance background at Post Graduate level.
• Preference for candidates with experience in educational institutions.
