NEEPCO Executive Recruitment 2026 for 36 Posts

North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO), a Schedule 'A' Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise and wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC, has released Advertisement No. NEEPCO-02/2026 inviting online applications for various Executive positions on Fixed Term Basis. As per the official corrigendum dated 24 June 2026, the Executive (HR) (CSR) post has been cancelled due to administrative reasons. Accordingly, recruitment will now be conducted for 36 Executive vacancies across ERP, Corporate Communication, Civil, Security, Law, Safety, Finance and Medical disciplines.

The engagement will initially be for a period of three years and may be extended for another two years on yearly basis depending upon performance and organizational requirement. Interested and eligible Indian candidates can submit their applications online through the official NEEPCO recruitment portal within the prescribed schedule.

NEEPCO has issued a corrigendum dated 24 June 2026 stating that the post of Executive (HR) (CSR) (Sl. No. 12) advertised under Advertisement No. NEEPCO-02/2026 stands cancelled due to administrative reasons.

Accordingly, the total number of vacancies has been revised from 38 to 36. The inconvenience caused has been regretted by the Corporation.

🎓 Eligibility

Candidates must fulfill the educational qualification, experience, age limit and other eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective post. Only Indian Nationals above 18 years of age are eligible to apply. All qualifications must be obtained from Universities/Institutions recognized and approved in India.

🧪 Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted by NEEPCO as per organizational requirements. Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria or submitting the online application does not guarantee selection or invitation to the next stage of recruitment.

  • The Company may restrict the number of candidates depending on the number of applications received.
  • NEEPCO reserves the right to conduct a multi-stage selection process.
  • The selection process may include application shortlisting/screening based on educational qualification, percentage of marks, post-qualification experience and other eligibility criteria.
  • The Company may conduct a Written Test or Computer Based Test (CBT), if required.
  • Personal Interview may be conducted wherever applicable.
  • The Company may adopt any combination of screening, written/computer-based test and interview.
  • NEEPCO also reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards for shortlisting candidates.

🏥 Medical Fitness

Candidates must possess sound health. Before joining, selected candidates shall undergo a medical examination and submit a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Government Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon of a District Hospital authorized to issue such certificates.
