    • Degree in Child Psychology or Psychiatry or Law or Social Work or Sociology or Human Health or Education or Human Development or Special Education for Differently Abled Children.
    • Practicing professionals having degree in the above disciplines are also eligible.
    • Preference will be given to Post Graduate degree holders in the mentioned subjects.
    • Must have been actively involved in health, education or welfare activities pertaining to children for seven (7) years.

    🧪 Selection Process

    • Scrutiny of applications by District Level Scrutiny Committee (DLSC).
    • Preparation of shortlisted panel in ratio of 1:3.
    • Final Viva before State Level Selection Committee (SLSC).
    • Police Verification.
    • Final selection subject to eligibility and verification.

    📝 How to Apply

    • Submit application in prescribed format.
    • Attach all testimonials including admit card, certificates, marksheets and experience certificates from HSLC to MA/Post Graduation.
    • Submit application during office hours in the office of the District Child Protection Officer of the concerned district.
    • Last date for submission is 10 July 2026.

    📢 Important Instructions

    • Candidate must belong to the concerned district where vacancy exists.
    • No person with human rights/child rights violations record shall be eligible.
    • Persons convicted for offences involving moral turpitude are not eligible.
    • Persons removed/dismissed from Government service are not eligible.
    • Persons involved in child abuse, child labour or human rights violations are not eligible.
    • Persons associated with organizations receiving foreign contribution are not eligible.
    • Persons having conflict of interest with NGOs, Child Care Institutions or rehabilitation organizations are not eligible.
    • Selected candidates shall undergo police verification.
    • Advocates selected in JJB/CWC cannot deal with child-related cases during tenure.
    • Cannot hold political office during tenure.
    • Must not be insolvent.
    • SLSC reserves right to reject applications and review recommendations.
