Subject to verification of original documents and satisfaction of the minimum requirement of qualification, the candidates listed in the Merit list and Waiting list are provisionally selected for admission/ chance admission to the various programmes of studies for the academic year 2019-20, based on their performance in TUEE- 2019.
The candidates of Merit list only are requested to reserve their seats by online depositing the fee of first semester of the programme (wait listed candidates not to deposit the fee) through the State Bank Collect within 6th July, 2019. After deposition of fee they are requested to send e-generated receipt to the University by e-mail : acad@tezu.ernet.in by 4.00 p.m. of 6.07.2019.

Counseling Details
Physical Verification of documents and admission of the candidates who have deposited the fee will be done during 22th- 24th July, 2019 as per the schedule given below and they are required to report to the concerned Departments at any time during 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
The selected candidates are required to be present at the time of physical verification of documents and admission. The candidates will have to produce all relevant documents in original for verification and submit self-attested copies of the same at the concerned Departments for office record.
It is to be noted that course registration and counselling for the first semester will be done on 25th July, 2019 in the concerned department and the classes will start on 26th July, 2019. Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability of seats. The students who will be allotted hostel seats can occupy the allotted hostel from 24th July, 2019. The candidate should come for attending classes accordingly.
Documents to be submitted
Mandatory documents to be produced at the time of physical verification and admission:
- Pass certificates of all examinations starting from HSLC or equivalent examination conducted by the Board/ Council (except pass certificate of the qualifying examination if the result is awaited).
- Mark sheets/ grade cards of all examinations starting from HSLC or equivalent examination conducted by the Board/ Council (except marksheet of the qualifying examination if the result is awaited).
- GATE score card in case of GATE qualified candidates of M. Tech programme.
- PRC of NE state in case of the candidates of M. Sc in MBBT programme only.
- A character certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
- Valid SC/ST /OBC-NCL/ EWS/Persons with Disability (PWD) certificate issued by the competent authority for those selected under reserved category.
- Latest OBC Non-creamy Layer certificate issued by the competent authority for the candidates claiming admission against OBC- NCL seats. Candidates selected under the OBC-NCL category will not be admitted if they fail to produce the latest NCL certificate at the time of physical verification of documents and admission.
- Certificate of HSLC / class 10/class 10+2 having date of Birth.
- Permanent Resident Certificate of any one of the NE states in case of M. Sc. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology programme only.
- A certificate issued by the Principal/ Head of the Institution last attended that the candidate has appeared in all the examinations including theory, practical and project before the date of admission in case the result of the qualifying examination is awaited. It may be noted that the candidates requiring to appear in any course/subject of qualifying examination after the date of admission will not be eligible for provisional admission.
- Sponsorship Certificate/NOC from the employer in case the candidate is sponsored / employed.
Provision for late submission of documents under “Provisional Admission”:
- Gap certificate from the District Police Authority or Court Affidavit, in case of a gap in study for more than one year in study after the qualifying examination (original to be submitted).
- Three copies of recent passport size photograph.
- The candidates will also be required to submit the attached undertaking duly filled in and signed by the candidate and his / her parent/ guardian along with other documents at the time of admission.
- Migration Certificate (original copy to be submitted).
