CIT is going to conduct its Counselling for admission into different ug Programmes which is going to start from 26/06/2019.
FORMS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE CANDIDATES AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING
Total four (04) numbers of forms available along with this notice are to be filled by the candidates (only the relevant field) before coming for counselling and submit at the time of admission at CIT, Kokrajhar. The FOUR forms are:
- Counselling Form
- Student’s Information Form
- ID Form and
- Hostel Form (only for candidates seeking hostel accommodation)
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME ADMISSION
During counseling and admission, the candidates must possess the following documents:
- Photocopy and original copy of the Mark-sheet of the HSLC Examination or equivalent.
- Photocopy and original copy of the Mark-sheet of the 10+2 Examination or equivalent (For B. Tech/B. Des. only).
- Photocopy and original copy of the Age Proof Certificate (Birth Certificate or HSLC Admit Card/Pass Certificate)
- Migration certificate in original
- Photocopy and original copy of the Pass certificate of relevant examination (HSLC/10+2)
- Photocopy and original copy of the Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) issued by competent authority
- Photocopy and original copy of the Caste Certificate issued by competent authority (for SC/ST/OBC candidates only)
- Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended
- Four passport size photos
- Medical Fitness certificates for General fitness issued by Government Medical Officer and for vision issued by a certified Eye Specialist.
- Gap Certificate (if applicable)
- Income and Asset Certificate for candidates applying under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) seats.
